Hey Marie, congrats on the baby boy. He's beautiful just like the girls. I cannot believe how much they've grown.

Again, congratulations.

if you just want a random image for a particular gallery - you just need a standard IMG tag using /photos/random.mg?AlbumID=[Album ID]&Size=Tiny&AlbumKey=[Album Key]&rand=[some unique#]

I use this on my header - if you notice, they're random images pulled from galleries. They change everytime the page is refreshed.

Hello,
Is it possible to get a random image from a smugmug gallery? I'm trying to use your plugin for a 'photo-of-the-day'.
Thanks,
Will

Yes, I found that fascinating that we all had different definitions for Web 2.0 as well. And we were able to benefit from the innovation that "Web 2.0" has provided. I also like Tim O'Reilly's argument that it's a set of principles and practices. (i.e. trust your users, software that gets better the more people use it, etc) and not just software.

Great recap of the MIX conference in your blog. Thanks for attending the session.

Regards,

Mark
